The terms of guarantee and return of goods are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

All goods are triple tested.

The first is at the factory before being sent to the warehouse.

The second is in the warehouse after receiving.

And for the third time, before sending the goods to the buyer, we once again check its quality, pack it in a protective bag and transfer it to the courier company. Thus, we exclude defective items from getting to the buyer.

You can declare the return of goods that do not fit in color or size within 14 days. To do this, you need to write to info@mato.fun about the decision. The letter must be written no later than 336 hours (14 full days) from the date of purchase. The product must be free of traces of use (dirt, scuffs, all tags in place).

Claims for low-quality goods are also accepted within 336 hours (14 full days) from the date of purchase. A defective product is considered a substandard product. The return of defective goods is possible if there are no traces of use on it and the tags are not torn off.

Return of goods is carried out in the same way as receipt: through a courier company. The amount is fully refundable, excluding shipping costs.

In the event that a defect was discovered within the first 4 hours after purchase and confirmed by photographs, we fully undertake the cost of courier delivery.
